The "Over the Moon" achievement is one of the least obtained here on Steam, even because before FFIX was ported on PC there was no need to get in this way the four moonstones! I'll try to give a brief guide on how and when to get the four moonstones, in order to unlock the achievement - take into account that this is only a short guide and must be employed with other full walkthroughs.
